I personally like the phone. It has an easy to use keyboard, touchscreen, clear calling. It's also the perfect size and takes pretty decent pictures. A lot of people say a lot of bad things about this phone, but I have had no issues. I have had it for almost 2 years. The touchscreen has never given me any issues, the menus are easy to navigate, and the call quality is crisp.

i have bought the phone over a year ago and it needed to be replaced overt 10 times. the screen keeps freezing when ever you open up or send texts. i personally would never get this phone again...

and this phone is clinging to life. battery is ok, last about a day and a half, ringtones suck, can't use your music. the speaker SUCKS HARD
freezes randomly
enters into "emergency only" mode....cant take or make calls, no msgs...full service so when checking the time you have no idea... More

i love it because the touch.camera and mp3 are so awesome and it never freezes
