Sometimes out of no where the phone will turn off on its on. The screen will fall off (mine did). On the other hand..the phone will stay charged for up to 3 days. The internet is fast. It has great storgae.

I got this phone just last year and since then it has went down twice !
here is what it sucks so bad!!!
1:went down twice for no reason
2. always says failure to send msg
3. the w on my key bored never worked! so i have to always put 2 v`s togeather vv how stupid is that

Nice phone, worked, well loved it until the back panel started separating from the casing... Purchased 14 months ago, BELL (!!!!!) will not help and neither will Bell phone store... Unfortunately it will soon die not certain if 14 months of a good thing is enough.

The firmware updates have fixed many of the problems (stated in other reviews). Had this phone just under a year and the main screen is now blank. Reading the blogs, it's a common major problem with both the reveal and the US version Lotus....This phone is not worth the investment...both LG and my local Bell center will not do a thing for me....DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE.
