after a few months my end button stopped working, all the buttons on the front came off, and now theres a HOLE in it! I hate it!!;(

-Freezes up at least once at week
-Phone goes silent when making phone calls. The other person can hear me, but i can't hear anything on my end.
-as of last week, my volume control on the ringtone is stuck in loudest position. I have no further control of the ring volume.

So it shuts off randomly, the keys get scratched on the keyboard and look horrible. It looks like a toy phone, I can see me dropping it and it breaking into a million parts. The signal is awful and the screen goes black in the middle of every app. I would never recommend this phone to anyone.

This is the worst phone I've ever had! It frequently shuts itself off, particularly when I'm trying to create a text message. As well, I can no longer use it to make phone calls because I can't hear anything for the first 20 or-so seconds of a call!
