I had the phone for less than a week; after the first day I knew there were serious problems ahead when it wouldn't turn off without crashing. Not once.
Sure, it had a lovely interface, a nice sliding QUERTY keyboard, Windows Mobile apps I liked... but when it crashed EVERY time I tried to turn... More

I love this phone. I've had it for 7 months and it's working great. So many more features then my last phone (lg keybo)

I had the same problems as Sharon did and telus gave me a hard time as well. I am on my fourth phone and it sucks. There is no technician that can help you with the phone because they don't know enough about it and when you call LG they don't know enough about it either because it is too new.... More
