I have had this phone since may and have had it replaced 3 times. and sent in 2 times. It will freeze, shut off, drop calls in VERY GOOD service areas, and delete messages as you read them as they come into your inbox. I advice you do not buy this phone.

This phone was good but it shut off every now and then. I've had it for a year and a half and it still works fine except for shutting off sometimes.

LG KEYBO reboots when I try and play some mp3s. It is weird but it will completely power down when I try to play large mp3 files.
