I had this phone for 2 years and 7months. One juice spoill killed it, this was the best phone I ever owned. I would have replaced it with another if I could have got it through my provider. If I had the opportunity I would get it again in a heartbeat!!

I'm pretty much echoing what the other people are saying about this phone being a piece of trash. I went through 3 of these until finally the last one I had has held it's end of the bargain-somewhat. Do you hear something? Umm...not after 2 years. My earpiece died. Now I either have to use the external speaker or a Bluetooth earpiece when making/answering calls. Horrible.
