The worst phone I've ever had in my life. My battery never can keep a full charge and my phone keeps short circuiting. My phone is closing in on the end of its life, ive had it almost two years and it has been probably the best phone ive owned (and ive owned more than i like to admit lol). Picture quailty is amazing as well as durability and sound quality would recommend this phone to anyone.

I've had this phone for two years and the quality is still there.(minus the cover which is quite scratched) last winter i lost the phone and I found it three weeks later on my lawn after the snow had melted. I was amazed. The durability of this phone unbelievable.

Pro: Very easy to use. Great picture quality. Touch sensitive menu, speaker phone, and clear buttons. Navagation wheel. Very clear sound. Decent camara. Very durable phone. Slider phone. Nice size. Not to big nor to small. Great size display screen.

Like many others, I cannot stand the scroll wheel and touch soft keys on this phone. No other problems, but those were annoying enough to have me despising this device. Returned it on the second day.

Pro: The texting is very good, and it is a fast phone. I can hear clearing while on the phone aslo.

Con: This would be my 5th one. Once the charger port broke, second it shut down and deleter everythinggg! and 3rd and 4th the vibrate broke after days of getting it

It needs better buttons. The navigation wheel moves should be more like the iPod. You have to unlock the phone when it is closed, which gets annoying. But it is a good mp3 player.

to all those who complain about the sensitivity of the wheel and the key pad,

you can chage the setting, to make it lower if higher!
so stop complaining, it is an excellent phone
