I use this phone for business. I work outside year round and have bounced this poor thing off of about every surface you can think of. It is scratched, dented and dinged but still keeps working as if it were brand new. When I purchased the phone I told the sales person that I wanted a phone that would be beaten to death on a daily basis. It has been. I was even in an accident where I rolled my jeep six times, ended up upside down in a culvert in a few feet of water. After pulling myself out of the hunk of metal, I picked up the phone, wiped it off, which was now wet with a combination of gas/oil and water, made my emergency calls (not recommended) and am still using it a year later. I wish everything were as touch as this phone. KUDOs to the maker of this one, they saw me coming.
