I've had this phone for 3 years and I'm very impressed with it. I've been more than a little hard on it and it's stood up well to day to day use, as well as some serious abuse (I'm klutzy, I've dropped the phone down the stairs, out of the car, and once down a stairwell...
My wife and I had these phones for 5 years (2 years hers, and 3 years mine) They are not fancy with cameras and MP3s as they are old phones now, but are solid and reliable with awesome variety of features. Voice memo, notepad, calculator, T9 Txt, Great alarm clock with snooze.
