Email freezes, keep resetting it, company rep supposed to call to try to fix the problem. No call. This product just does not work. Even when it does it is not intuative. Pain in the butt, AND the battery is crap.

I've had this phone since October 2008. I get 7 minutes of talk time out of it, then it dies. I get 15 - 45 minutes of texting (not on the full keyboard) then it dies. I do not recommend this to anyone. I can't wait to get out of my contract and to switch to a new phone.

This phone constantly freezes up. Turns itself off, and is otherwise just a pain in the ass to use. NOT user friendly in the least. This phone was obviously was rushed to market. The surely knew this was a piece of shit when it was released. A roll of quarters and a payphone would be a better option... More

Pro: Makes a nice paperweight
Con: Shuts itself off daily. Freezes up constantly.This phone is not user friendly.
