Pro: music player works nicely, track ball is smooth
Con: blackberry customer service is awful, scratches easy, breaks easy, freezes easy, phone volume is not good, t9 word choice is strange (it doesnt adapt to how you type), no way to change message ringtone, sometimes changes phone ringer on its own... More

this phone is alright. it does what i need it to do, which is call, text, email, and wake me up in the morning when i use it as an alarm. i wasnt really looking for something super high tech, so i wasn't let down by this phone when i ordered it from gsmallover.com. i really do like this cell... I own this phone since October 2009. it is only April and the problems have started. No good reception, always the hour glass, terrible t9 that does not remember words you use constantly, camera sux, you cant send videos anywhere they appear to be too big, when the battery gets low the antenna shuts... I owned this phone just over a year. I loved it originally. But as soon as it hit a year from purchase problems started to happen.
1) First it randomly stops sending text messaging. Takes several re-starts for the problem to go away
