I baught it used on eBay Feb 2006, the seller I do not rember who it was. It has been good hand held, it works better tha a Palm I bought new, which I Don't use any more. As it turns out if my Motorola phone dies Verizon will activate the phone in the PDA. The only thing I don't like is it... More

Pro: Excellent phone, can do any task you throw at it from playing mp3s, watching videos, downloading images on the internet, talking to your friends, you can even do remote desktop connections with this thing, its amazing.
Con: Battery life isnt the greatest unless you have an AC adapter, not a USB... More

Check your guarrantie mine doesn't resets itself an actually rings and vibrates you better check it and it's true the batery is horrible i actually changed it and for the volume use another earbuds i use it with headset jack not with speaker )it sucks) well that's all hope my review helped... More

I just purchased this phone found out it is Not 911 compatible. Otherwise the PDA works
