What does "You have exceeded your quota of online pictures please delete some pictures before uploading or sharing" mean on the LG Rumor 2?
could this mean a setting has been changed or my meomory card is full ? as i never had this happen in the 3 years i have owned this exact same phone ?

The notification is not for storage on your phone but rather for the online storage service you use.
so what setting is it that i have to fix to stop the internet from being used on my phone ? please
To prevent your phone from automatically connecting to the Internet,
go to Settings > More... > Data > On/Off
