You may need to have your phone unlocked first before you can use it with a different carrier besides Verizon. But even if phone is unlocked, there is no guarantee that it will work. Contact PC Mobile for assistance.
Its not typical for the CDMA carriers to activate devices from other carriers. While its technically possible, I don't think PC Mobile will do this for you.
