I was just using my phone as normal and it turned itself off without warning. I tried to turn it back on and the Samsung Galaxy logo appeared but then was stuck. I took the battery out and tried again but it did the same thing. I've tried to reboot it and all the other options available but nothing is working; it turns on for a few seconds and then turns off again. I have not had a new upgrade recently and I've not installed any new apps recently either. I only got my phone last July and have never dropped it or damaged it. I want to get all my pictures off it so I need help on what I can do. If I take it to a local Samsung store, will they be able to help? Please let me know what I can do because I think I've been given a fautly phone!
