Why is it when I touch the screen of BlackBerry Z3 I only hear the sound of a woman talking?

I can't be able to use my blackberry z3 because when I screen touch it it doesn't work but i hear only the sound of a woman talking? please help

I believe that's the screen reader. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader and disable it.
