I cannot use or access my hangout app, facebook and some of my apps esp. My play store since the lastest update i installed...and now my status is currently in factory default...still nothing is change...still the same...authentication required in opening my play store, coudnt reach google in my hangout...facebook is not responding...pls help how to fix it..
