Why isn't my BlackBerry 9320 working after I updated it?

I updated by curve 9320 now nothing works. I hit the reset keys the blackberry page is up but cannot access anything or turn it off.

Hi Ken. Remove the battery then put it back in. Turn the phone on then see if it's working.
