Why has the contact list on my Samsung Galaxy S4 won't let me add a new contact?
When trying to add s contact to my list, I get s message that says unfortunately contacts has stopped.

Hi linda. Do you see any error message when you try to add a new contact?
Try to restart your phone. Then try adding a contact. Let me know what happens.
