Why is Telus prepaid phone unable to make long distance calls?
I changed to Telus and used 2 $100.00 cards which worked great, then put in a $10.00
card and was unable to make long distance calls - why?

As long as there is an account balance, there should be no restrictions for long distance calling. If you continue to have problems concerning this, you should contact Telus so they can check your account and fix the problem.
