Why do apps on my Samsung Galaxy S III keep stopping?

Hey there, I have recently updated my phone to the latest update that just came out. Straight after I updated it, I reset it because I needed more space because it was a bit slow. I did a factory reset and when the set up screens come on, I get stuck on the select language page, and that is where when I press next, it says, " Unfortunately, Google Account Manager has stopped." I have repeated multiple times and the same thing has happened. Please help! thanks
