Why do I get message 'connection problems' when trying to access emails on the Kobo Arc?
Why csn't i access my emails any more - the message comes back 'connection problems'? I did have to change my password on my laptop BT email account

Make sure you entered the correct email and password. Also check if your device is getting internet, you probably don't have or have a stable internet connection that's why it's like that.
Where is the answer as to what I have to do to get my e-mails on my Kobo, I am dealing with you now on my laptop as I cannot access my e-mails on myKobo
