One person, using a Huawei Valiant, has a problem where when he texts me in the regular English alphabet, half of the time his text arrives in Chinese characters, and the other half correctly. Only his texts ever do this, so we're figuring the problem is on his end, but we can't figure out why or how it is doing this, or how to make it stop.
