Hello, I knew I am responding to the 3 years old thread but this info may help others. Public Mobile doesn't have any locations but you can still visit Walmart or K-Mobile locations to get SIM card activated. I visited K-Mobile store at 30 Eglinton ave west in Mississauga ,I was able to get sim card and topup voucher and they activated the plan for me too.
