How to get out of emergency call only on the Samsung Galaxy Centura?

When I turned on my phone, it was stuck on "emergency call" and I can't free it up?

I have discovered that the SIM card is missing, and I have notified the seller.

Hi Barbara. Have you activated your phone already? If not, you can activate it by contacting your carrier. But if you already did, check if the SIM card is properly inserted. Also, please remember that simple restart sometimes fixes the issue. :)
