What to do with BlackBerry that has been dropped in water?

When your blackberry has dropped in water an its on the home screen how do you unfreeze it?

    If you drop your phone in water, it's advisable to take out the battery and put your phone and battery in a sealed jar filled with uncooked rice. The uncooked rice should absorb the moisture and that would hopefully save your phone from being unusable. Also remember that after the drop, don't turn on your phone as it may cause more damage to it.
