If it's just the PIN code you forgot, you can just contact your carrier and they should be able to help you with the PUK code. But if it's your phone password you forgot, the only option you have is to reset your phone back to factory settings. This will unfortunately wipe out your phone's content but it's the only way you can access your phone again.
