What happens if you lose your Koodo phone while on a monthly plan?

If you’ve lost your phone, call Koodo or go the Koodo Mobile page and click on "Manage Your Account" link. Log-in to self serve and you should see an option to disable your account. As for phone replacement, you may have to buy a new one unless you have another phone that is also compatible with Koodo.
