I dropped my phone and it cracked then it shut off and wont come back on what can I do?

Hey just wondering I've had the zte zmax pro for awhile and a little red light was flashing that I've never seen before I didn't even know it had that! 

wow thank you it worked like a pro, held the power button down for 30 seconds and it came right back on!!!!

Had the same problem. Non removable battery.  Held down volume up/down and power buttons for 30 sec , a couple time. Worked,,,,TU

Holding the powers button for 15 seconds worked!! Thank You

I've had my ZTE for about 2 months from now. Today my phone was saying that Instagram wasn't working well so I could either report it or close it. So I closed it and I tried to reopen it but it did the same thing. I went to one of my other apps and it did the same thing so I thought maybe resetting the phone would do the trick. It did not. After about 3 minutes the phone turned on but it was at a screen with writing that said something about resetting my phone. I tried to press reset phone (since it had a little button to do so) but that did not work at all. I keep trying to but nothing happens. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hi i was having the same issue found my new  zte i had lost two years back...it may have gotten wet...i plugged in charger...didnt work i tried power  and down volume...didnt work..but i saw u guys....the 15 sec power hold worked!....i went to unlock it... it froze and turned off again now with no blinking red light..imma let it charge as u say and and try again thanks

This just happened with my new ZTE Zmax Pro that I purchased just a week ago. Just tried this and my phone turned right on! Thank you so much!!!

Thank you so much! Plugging it in and waited awhile...then I held the power button down for at least 15 seconds and it came on - I was so scared!!! I had plugged it in and it would not come on, no lights of any kind, but your suggestion worked and saved me a lot of time and worry!! Thank you!!!!

Hi there. I highly suggest that you have it checked ASAP to avoid any further problems. Visit the store where you bought the phone.

I currently dropped my phone in water, it was fine at first other than vibrating non stop but then turned off for multiple minutes with the red light on it, I have a ZTE maven, android, and then it turned on by itself, and went to the recovery mode, it keeps turning off and on rapidly byes elf to the recovery screen, I do have enough time to more the controls to do a reset but when. I press the power button to select it doesn't to anything and the. Eventually turns off and on again and does the same thing. Also I can't take the battery out be uses if I do it says it'll damage the phone... What do I do help? Wait for it to die?

My zte max phone has a black screen but u can hear the phone working but no picture what do I do

I really need help . i took the back off now ny phone is just blank but the light is still flashing what do i do ?

My was working fine. Then, shut down completely. Rest won't work. What do I do?

Hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds. Mine booted right up

Pressing on the power button for 10 secs or more will turn it on. That tip from the start of this thread worked on my phone. Thank you!!!!

plug the charger for 5 minutes then push power button for few seconds

I thought my phone was fried. When I'd plug it in, the red charge light wouldn't even come on. Did what was suggested here to hold the power button for 15 seconds and it worked!!!
