Does the included 200 mins in a Sasktel plan include incoming calls?

We bought a package to go the the US which allows us 200 mins.  Does the 200 mins. mean all out and incoming calls? Or just the outgoing calls?

Yes, the 200 minutes is for outgoing and incoming calls.
