Has anyone experienced a problem turning on a Motorola Q from Telus?
the motorola q just loads to the telus sign and won't go past and just turns off after a while do you have any clue as to why this is happening

yea your phone needs to go out for repair there is a software error on your phone. Telus will swap out your phone for a different unit not repair it, this is the faster way of dealing with these kind of problems with data phones.
