How much does it cost to get out of a 3-year agreement with Virgin Mobile after one full year?
I have a iphone and i pay 50 a month. on a 3 year plan. 1 year is up. How much would it cost to get out of the plan and switch to a blackberry bold? Virgin mobile 3 year plan.

It depends on the wireless company provider on the contract terms, some wireless providers will let you get out of your old phone and get a new one without paying the termination fee and will terminate your old contract without any termination fees, some will make you extend the contract for 1 more year, but not sure about Virgin Mobile, better to ask them.
When terminate your voice plan before your Rate Plan Term is finished, you must pay the greater of $100 or $20 per month for each month remaining in your Rate Plan Term up to a maximum of four hundred dollars $400 (plus applicable taxes).
