Why does Koodo Mobile charge me for data I don't use?

turned off the internet on my phone because i was being charged for usage & i wasnt even using the internet now if someone sends me a picture i try turning it back on for a bit just to get the picture & nothing happens




For billing issues you need to contact Koodo Mobile customer service so they can check your account and hopefully solve the issue.
