went through this last yr. Phoned samsung and refused to let dummy at the other end of line give me all their crap,finally after refusing every excuse she could think of,I got the supervisor,he was honest with me and agreed with me that ,the problem will be fixed just like last yr, at the time of "time change"It`s their software/network problem,not the phone.Conclusion,time will be fixed in one month=I guess that`s what happens when we buy a stupid phone instead of a smartphone
