How to turn off talk back on the Motorola Moto G?

Hello, my daughter accidentally did something in Settings and now the phone talks back, i.e. describes every button and function and only acts after that. What do I have to do to change it? Going to the Settings from the screen is impossible as it starts "talking back".
Would appreciate your reply.

Option 2: With Google Assistant
  1. Say “Hey Google.”
  2. Say “Turn off TalkBack” or “Turn on TalkBack.”

Try this it helped me to Turn off this feature

Can "talkback" be turned off, or disabled?  It has started itself 4 times in the last 20 hours.  It is EXTREMELY annoying, and has caused me annoyance, to be late for work, etc... because I got to figure out how to turn it off,  Please help.  as a hearing aid wearer, I find it especially annoying because low energy Bluetooth to hearing aids is NOT USEABLE, but talkback turns itself on (maybe it is a case issue) but how do I disable it?

I was wrongly activate of accessibility option now talkback activate and screen have not replacement and unable to go to setting option icon page for do to anything what i do to deactivate of accessibility option and recover for my motog3 android.

I got stuck here. I was just exploring my new moto g. Felt it got hacked or somethng. Somehow understood that double tap and long press will work. With much difficulty reached settings option. And then here i was not able to scroll down. So i just searched Accessibility and thankfully got reminded that Talkback option is causing all this prob. So made it off. Thank god it had scared the hell out of. I restarted mobile many times. Have to careful with settings. Similar mistakes i done in basic handsets by trying puk code and all.

I cant turn talkback off, its a thing for blind people but I cant use my phone now

I was trying out things on my new phone and switched on talk back, was then stuck and couldn't do anything ,however swiping with two fingers and tapping eventually managed to get back to settings where you can switch it off

Open Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack

Yes, you should be experiencing tapping or scrolling. You should double tap when you choose and use two fingers when scrolling.

Hope that helps! :)
