Based on the user manual, the only auto-reject feature of the Samsung Impact is for picture messages.
In Idle mode, Touch Menu ➔ Messaging ➔ Messages settings ➔ Picture message ➔ Receiving options ➔ Reject anonymous / Reject advertisement:
