Why can't I hear anything from the Motorola Moto G?

Has anyone had any problems with the sound on their phone ? I cannot listen to music or watch clips any more because if this.

No even I maximise the volume up I cannot hear 


Hi Dawn. On the homescreen of your Motorola Moto G, press volume up, maximize it. Then try playing a music, if it still doesn't make any sound, press volume up again. Let me know how it goes.
