I switched to Koodo after my husband talked me into it. This was about 2 months ago. When I tried to register my phone the system was down for upgrades. After several days and much frustration I finally got my phone working. Since then I have been trying to register my credit card for automatic top ups but for some reason every time I try to log in I get an error message to try again later. I tried calling customer service but they want to charge $5.00 just to talk to me. If this is how Koodo treats there customers I am going with someone else
