Why does the touchscreen of my ZTE Warp have slow response?
bottom half of touchscreen barely works have to hold down for a few seconds

It's a common issue with the ZTE Warp. Other users have also been experiencing the same issue with their phone's touchscreen. It could be either a software or hardware issue. I suggest you contact ZTE or whoever you bought it from for warranty service.
