Why can't people hear me when I call them on the ZTE Savvy?

I can hear the person on the other end perfectly but they can't hear me.

Check the hole of for the mic if there's anything blocking it. Carefully clean it with a needle. Are you using a case? Try removing it, it may also be blocking the mic.
