Why did the number stopped showing up to indicate number of e-mails in box in my ZTE phone?
When e-mail or hangout message came in, a number would come up next to that icon - now it disappeared. How do I get that back?

Hi Nancy. Which ZTE phone are you using? Did you use a different app for your emails and messages? 'Cause if you did, it probably is not doing the same thing as the previous app you are using. Also check if the number only appear if you receive multiple email/messages.
