Why aren't there any reply from Koodo Mobile Customer service about my inquiries?

SENDIND BILLS HIGH 1ST AFTER 1 WK AND NOW AFTER ONE MONTH.60 D UNLIMETED PLAN BILL IS 96 D FIRST TIME AND AFTER USING 300MB AGAIN 106 D BILL
