As a senior citizen, this phone is extremely difficult to understand without a manual; please suggest where I can obtain the full instructions of "how to", and asap before I get totally frustrated and return it for a more user friendly version. Thanks.

Please send me an operating manual so that I can understand usage of my new Samsung Galaxy Ace 11 x cellphone which I recently acquired. I need to know how to access my voice mail etc. and I'm not finding anything easy about the operation of this phone. I've been informed by my provider that I can access their useful hints but they are much too limited and do not cover what I need. Please help!

Is there a good reason why a manual is not included in the box?
As it is, the phone is very complicated and for people not very familiar
with a new model, it can be a nightmare.
