How to remove email on the Nokia Lumia 625?

all my email info is embedded in the phone - need to remove all things personal before handing phone to relative - how to do it and clear all?

Hi Paul. If you're handing the phone to another person. I suggest you reset the phone.

Open Settings > About > Reset your phone

You'll receive two warnings. If you're absolutely sure you want to restore your phone to its factory settings, tap Yes, then tap Yes again.
