What to do when Sony Xperia Z Ultra screen cracked?
My sony xperia z altra has been cracked and i contacted sony service center but they cant replaced it i think sony provide damage warranty so what i do? for this kind of problem?

My sony xperia z ultra got cracked and touch pad is not working. i went to service center to repair. but surprisingly they told me that xperia z ulta is not repairable at all. it has to be replaced by any other xperia model decided by sony which has to be payable at high cost. pls help me out for this concern.

iam also a victim of this problem.is there any option to file a complain in consumer redressal courts against the manufacturer or importer of this hand set ? it is one of the big issue that in india such a worst screened hand set has ruined lakhs of indian innocient customers.so it would be great job if one takes this case to the appropriate authority for banning or redressal of this problem.

Two months before I bought TWO sets SONY XPERIA Z ULTRA C 6802 cell phone AT CHELLAM MOBILES, VIRUDHU NAGAR . now, that one cell was broken (disply) and not working touch screen. what can i do sir, please make some arrangements for the above . what is the price ( discount price ) of the disply,and where i will give the phone(service point).please reply
If it's not because of a manufacturing, you have to pay for the repair cost. I still suggest taking it to a Sony service center as it is way safer than getting repaired to other stores.
