Solid RED light when charging and won't power up. Charge for 15 minutes then press and hold power and volume down - hold for 15 seconds, it may recalibrate and turn on, it worked on one phone for me, but not on the second phone.

Hmm.. Usually a red light means warning. Maybe you guys drained the battery of your phone. Try charging it for about 15 - 20 minutes then try turning it on.
