Hi. If any one want to sale his moto x paly phone with display damge i am interested to buy such phone.

I had contacted the phone dealer regarding the breakage of screen.he says the original screen costs around 8000 .Another option is you could get a duplicate one for nearly 4500.but I clearly don't have any idea about that one. Is there anyone using a duplicate screen here. If yes please post your reviews.

I purchased Moto Z Play 18 days back. Suddenly after disconnecting my call the display screen gone. When I checked with Motorola service center. They answered me that the display is broken and it's a physical damage. And screen to be replaced by us only as it's not covered in warranty. The phone doesn't fell down even the tempered glass is intact.

Please let me know if someone else also suffered the same issue? And what is the solution.

If the display is working properly invluding the touch but the screen is broken does it comes under warranty?

Hey, My moto 3rd Gen got damaged inside the screen. There is no such physical damage. I brought this set in Feb'2016. Please let me know if it can be repaired by moto else let me know the charges for display issue.

Do the screen get damaged or does it appear to be some sort of internal error?

If it was not exposed to water or has not been physically damaged, Motorola should replace it for you on warranty. The Moto X Play warranty is one year.

You should contact the cell phone dealer where you purchased the phone or contact Motorola directly (we have Motorola's contact information here) to inquire about your nearest warranty depot.
