Why can't Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 connect to my Wi-Fi network?
My new Ace 4 Smartphone will not connect to my Sky wi fi. when I try to connect it just says Authentication error occured. Can you help?

Just check if you have entered the Wi-Fi password correctly.
But my wife experienced an issue with a local brand (I'm from the Philippines). Her phone won't connect even when the correct password was entered. She had to reset her phone back to factory settings before she got Wi-Fi working again.
