Just off that do not disturb in settings on Honor 6x and the problem wil be solved :') 

I had a ringing problem with huawei honor 6x. To solve the issue check if the 'do not disturb mode '  is active and deactivate

You can solve the issue by restarting the phone.

Only way to get rid is to factory reset phone and not keep the memory too filled..

Facing the same issue, does someone know the solution to this. I checked there are no updates available as well for the phone.

I have honor 4x and i have upgraded it to android L
but sometimes when picking up someones call the theam changes from andriid to iphone..
i.e., in android we have to swipe the circle to pick up or to disconnect call but in iphone we just have to tap on the icon weather to pickup or to disconnect....
can we change this or its an upgrade mistrake.

Update to Android L version solved this problem. you can google for how to update Honor 4x to Android Lollipop.

Facing the same issue, the phone rings for a couple of seconds then hangs up automatically. The calls show up as missed calls.

I am also facing same issue for long time. I noticed that call ringer works well if headphone is plugged in. Though this is just Jugad not a solution.

I bought a Honor 4X last month and now I am also facing the same issue.
Its doesn't ring some times all of a sudden. Seems to be SW issue, since notifications work and am able to play music thr loud speaker as well. Vibration mode also is fine
If any one gets to know a resolution, pls post.

I am also facing same issue with honor 4X. The phone doesn't ring many time even when phone is not in silent mode.

It seems to be bug and Huawei need to address it ASAP.

Hey guys! Maybe you accidentally put the phone in silent mode. When you get a call and don't hear anything check the screen if the phone is in silent mode.

I have the same exact issue I would like to know the answer as well . At times the sound doesn't come while someone calls ....
