Hi rhonda! Try using a different charging cable, charging adapter, wall socket, and USB port. Problem may be in one of those, so let's try to eliminate possibility for them to be the cause. If after that tablet still won't charge, the problem may either be the battery or your tablet's charging port. I then suggest taking it to a service center and have it checked.
